Payment method	Credit card via Stripe.
Payment timing	Subscriptions: charged on contract date; auto-renews on the same day of subsequent cycles. Credit packs: charged immediately at purchase.
Service delivery	Credits are granted to your account immediately after payment is confirmed, and you can use the Service right away.
Returns / cancellation	Because the Service delivers digital content, returns and cancellations are not accepted as a general rule. However, refunds are processed within 24 hours of payment with no credits used, or when a service-side failure causes a generation to fail. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellation of subscription	Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support. You retain plan features through the day before the next billing date.
Operating environment	Latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are recommended. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
